La Cala Golf

Thanks to its large size, the resort features three 18-hole golf courses designed by Cabell B. Robinson, with different degrees of difficulty.

Campo America (6.009 meters, Par 72, five of the holes, par 5)

Formerly known as Campo Norte, Campo America boasts spectacular views of the Sierra de Ojén and the Mediterranean sea. This is a wide course with few bunkers that makes it a relatively easy field.

Given its mountainous situation, with slopes covered with bushes and small elevated greens, this golf course requires precision and expert control, with adequate golf clubs. This golf course includes water hazards on holes 9 and 16.

Campo Asia (5925 meters, Par 72)

Formerly known as Campo Sur, it is the oldest golf course in La Cala Resort and also the most challenging, making it the most respected by golf professionals. This golf course features narrow and short fairways, and has 4 holes Par 5 for which special skills are required, especially in for the short shot approach.

Among the holes in the Asia Golf course, the hole 10 stands out with its classic design, as well as the holes 3 and 14, with their hazards ; or the holes 5 and 18. The quality of play in these holes is decisive to get a good score along the course.

Campo Europa (6014 meters, Par 71)

Campo Europa is a bit wider than the other two courses at La Cala Resort. Due to its design, with wide streets and a flatter terrain, it is the ideal course for mid-level golfers. It stands out with a main bridge and another four bridges to preserve the Ojén riverbed, as well as tunnels to move around the golf course with the buggy.

The 14th hole is in the limit allowed for a Par 3, at 233 meters. The par 5 11th is the longest hole at 524 metres.
